Woowwwwwwwww, hi yall. I am on cloud 9 right now. Last night I was able to attend Shawn’s first live show in soo long in Woodstock, NY at Bearsville Theater. His album comes out on October 18, 2024 and some of were able to listen to his album live on 8.8! So thankful, this was an amazing set.
He sang every song from top to bottom on his album. We weren’t allowed to record the show because they aren’t released yet which i loved tbh. It made listening to his songs more personable and intimate. There were only a couple hundred of people there and all of his friends and family. It was so special yall. We actually ran into his family and they were so nice and friendly.
Every song he sang was meaningful to the core. He cried on stage (happy tears) and laughed and we all sang happy birthday to him because it was his birthday too! Such a special day and I am so glad to have been included in that 🙂
This is by far my favorite album of his and I am so excited to stream this so much haha. My favorites were “Heavy” and “Heart if Gold” but seriously by a smidge because they all are SOOOOO good.
and we definitely locked eyes yall haha. We were in the front thankfully and it was not crowded at all. Amazing stuff went down. His single “Why Why Why” was so amazing. i posted that on my insta if you wanna check it out 🙂 “That’s The Dream” was also another one of my favorites. So inspirational.
Again, I just had to come on here and share my excitement and gratitude about last night. This album is a banger and will be a no brainer #1 album. No doubt about that lmao. I am so excited to see him next and hopefully I get to hug him soon ❤ Hopefully I get to see him again soon too.
