JONAS BROTHERS AT YANKEE STADIUM 8/13 (squealing)

so magical

Hey all!! I am back with another blog:) so happy about this one. I went to see the JONAS BROTHERS AT YANKEE STADIUM AHHH. If you know me you know I love the Jonas Brothers (been a Joe girl since day 1 when i was like 7) but I also LOVE the Yankees too! It was overall a great time so lets get started.

We got there at a pretty good time. We got there, found (overpriced) parking and then , made our way inside and got on the merch line.. got our merch after a lil bit of time and made our way walking around.

The opening act was Lawrence and they were really great. They truly had some great songs and I would put them up there with one of the greatest openers, they were my kind of music.

After they went on now we were all anticipating Kevin, Joe, and Nick, to come out on stage. We were SOOO ready for the JoBros:) Around 8pm came and it was almost time. We knew it was time when their wives came out walking into the VIP section and everyone cheering for them, so sweet:’)

THEN… LIGHTS OUT WOOOOOO. Concert began with their pre-concert intro video and we were all AMPED. They came out with a bang (no like actually with fireworks) and it was amazing. ahhh

They opened up with the song “Celebrate” and boy were we celebrating hahaha they fireworks going off the adrenaline of them coming up on stage rising from below the stage with the smoke on them. Magical.

They were singing album by album and it was so great. Jonas Brothers self titled album is probably one of my favorites of theirs. Like honestly all straight up BANGERS. after “What a Man Gotta Do” they went right into Jonas Brothers their self titled album and it was such a good time. “Year 3000” and “Hold On” are definitely my favorites. I got chills rn just thinking about it. wow. Oh and BIG ROB popped up for the most iconic part in “Burnin’ Up”. LIKE YASSSS.

suchhhhh a Joe girl

Kevin, Joe, and Nick jumped into some of their The Album songs which are also great. “Sail Away” and “Vacation Eyes” are jams for sure.

Then came A Little Bit Longer. Which is what i always ask at the end of concerts pls 😆 They did a mash up of a bunch of different songs like “video girl” , “tonight” etc. which are personal favs.

After the songs from A Little Bit Longer came an intermission since the show was so long… which I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE. This intermission was not like any normal intermission. Towards the end, we had a countdown, which is when we thought the boys were going to pop back out.. but nope. “3, 2, 1” everyone cheering! But then…… Jimmy Fallon comes on stage and sings “Mr. Brightside” so naturally we all cheer and are so confused and PLEASED at the same time. We were not expecting this but it was so iconic I loved it, we all loved it. hhaa

After that, we were so amped up and when Kevin, Joe, and Nick, walked back out on stage we were even more amped up. They came out and thanked Jimmy and went into their next album of songs from The Album. I absolutely love these songs too. “Montana Sky” is my favorite because of just the amazing vibes and singing alongness to it. I also love “Miracle” in the beginning they yell Jerseyyyy. Slay big big slay.

The boys began singing songs from Lines, Vines, and Trying Times afterwards I love the name of that album haha. “Fly With Me” and Much Better” are my top two favorites from those set of songs too. I was seriously living my best life singing and dancing to them. Like forreal go to a Jonas Brothers concert if you can:)

After that, Nick sang “Jealous” which we all know and love. Joe sang “Cake By The Ocean” which we also know and love. They also sang “Walls” with Kirk Franklin and Jon Bellion. “Walls” is honestly so good too, I love how they incorporated their individual songs as well, so iconic.

Then came to Happiness Begins album. This was their debut album after getting back together. and lemme just say THANK YOU JO BROS FOR GETTING BACK TOGETHER LIKE AHHH :’). Joe, Kevin, and Nick sang a mashup of “Comeback” / “Rollercoaster” / “Strangers” / “Used to Be”. I love those songs so much it’s fun to hear even a little bit of them:). I also love love love love “Hesitate” by the Jonas Brothers. It makes me happy idk man and the message they were saying before hand about the song. Everyone is loved man, they rock.

They closed the show out with “Leave Before You Love Me” and “Remember This” as their encore. and let me tell you.. THAT SONG GOES HARD. I love it SO MUCH. and with the fireworks and everything. I had the chills and couldn’t believe I was living in that moment, so magical, and so thankful to be there 🙂

All in all it was a great show, in the middle of writing this I just got tickets to their added date at Prudential Center so that will be fun Dec. 6th & 7th hehe. I had such a great time and am thankful for these opportunities, until next time (also if y’all are hiring pls lmk would love to go on tour with u guys :p), peace fam ily thank you for reading along if you did lmao. 🙂 💛✌🏻
